As data, media files, and reference materials grow, an organization may require additional storage beyond the quota included in its base plan. The storage add-on enables seamless expansion of available disk space in line with approved commercial and technical options.
How is the solution implemented?
Review Current Usage: Prior to activation, evaluate existing storage consumption, file types, and data retention requirements.
Select and Purchase: An authorized user navigates to the Add-ons menu, selects the appropriate storage package based on required capacity, and completes the payment directly from the organization’s wallet.
Activation & Allocation: The expanded storage is automatically applied to the workspace, abiding by fair use policies and file retention terms.
Expected Impact and Scope Limits
This addition supports operational growth and ensures uninterrupted file management. Note that expanding storage strictly increases disk capacity and does not automatically raise limits for other system resources. Availability, pricing, and activation terms remain subject to the active commercial agreement.
